Please use the order number starting with “DTC” located on your packing slip, email order confirmation or Kinbrae Account.

Please allow 10 business days for return refunds.

We design Kinbrae garments to be lived in for the long term. If an order placed on Kinbrae.com is not right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags attached and original packaging included where applicable. Items purchased through a club shop, resort, or other authorized retailer must be returned through that original point of purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are currently available for orders shipped within the United States of America.

Please note that club-branded, scripted, monogrammed, private-label, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange except in the event of damage or defect.

To begin a return, use the return portal on this page and enter your order number and shipping ZIP code. Select the item or items you would like to send back, print the return label generated through the portal, and bring the package to a USPS facility. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your return has been received and processed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Service@Kinbrae.com before mailing it back so we can assist appropriately.

For eligible U.S. orders, a prepaid return label will be provided. For international or non-prepaid returns, shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size or color, subject to availability. Start through the same return portal and choose the exchange option when it appears. If an exchange is unavailable for the replacement you want, place a new order for the preferred item and return the original eligible item for a refund. All exchange items must meet the same condition standards as returns.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale merchandise may include [club-specific private-label items, monogrammed or scripted pieces, made-to-order styles, gift boxes, and any products identified as final sale at checkout]. This restriction does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Once your return is received, please allow 15 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. After the refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Service@Kinbrae.com within 30 days of delivery so we may assist.

If you received a Kinbrae item as a gift and need a different size or color, contact Service@Kinbrae.com with the purchaser’s name and order number, if available. Verified gift returns that meet this policy may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method can only be made to the original purchaser.
