Woolen Cashmere Quarter Button

Knit from 2-ply woolen-spun cashmere—spun to 2/26nm, averaging 15.2–15.8 microns, and knit on 12-gauge fully fashioned machines—this quarter-button feels extraordinarily soft, lofted, and exceptionally light in hand. The voluminous yarn brings exceptional warmth, comfort, and natural performance, while the silhouette remains clean and refined. A suede under-placket lends a subtle nod to heritage tailoring, while saddle sleeves, hand-linked seams, signature engraved buttons, accent piping inside the neckline, and an integral branding detail on the sleeve complete the piece with understated polish.

Material Summary

Knit from 2-ply woolen-spun cashmere, spun to 2/26nm, averaging 15.2–15.8 microns, and fully fashioned on 12-gauge machines, our Woolen Cashmere is defined by airy loft, exceptional softness, and substantial warmth. The more voluminous yarn creates a fuller hand, a gentler bloom, and a more dimensional surface, while remaining remarkably light in wear. Especially suited to links-stitch and other textured sweater-knit constructions, it is a richer, warmer, more tactile expression of cashmere—soft, refined, and quietly substantial.

Care Instructions

Dry clean or hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry, use a cool iron only when needed, and do not bleach. To preserve the yarn’s loft, softness, and natural texture, allow the knit to rest between wears, fold rather than hang, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Membership Trims

For custom club and community orders, our private-label coins are discreet marks of membership. Positioned at the shoulder of our sweaters, each side of the coin can feature a crest, initials, founding year, event mark, or any wording chosen by the club. Because the trim can be removed without damaging the garment, members can wear it with or without club branding, and clubs can return unsold pieces instead of being left with permanently customized inventory.

Custom Labels

Inside the collar, a custom shuttle-loom woven label honors who the garment was made for. It can signal membership, commemorate a tournament, honor a tradition, commemorate a tournament, or carry any phrase the club prefers. The result is discreet, personal, and unmistakably specific touch honoring your membership. To discuss a private-label order for your club or community, contact Service@Kinbrae.com.
